Why is only my name on all the tickets?
The tickets, sent by e-mail, are printed according to the name of the person who made the purchase. So, there's no need to worry if the people accompanying you have different names.
What objects are prohibited?
Aerosols of any kind (for water sprays, please note that you will be asked to test them in front of the agent on duty), bags and suitcases larger than 15 litres, any dangerous object (cutters, knives, gas cylinders, etc.).
Is booking compulsory?
To avoid waiting on site and to ensure that tickets are available, we strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance via our online ticketing service.
If a space is closed for works or other reasons, will this result in a reduction in the price of my ticket?
No, a room closure (technical problem, maintenance, works, etc.) does not entitle you to any discount as it is temporary. You will be offered to return if necessary with the same admission ticket.
